Rather than having endless presentations on both days of the conference, we will break into working groups during the afternoons. In the interests of capturing the creative thoughts that will arise during the morning speed symposia, we will apply a modified version of open space technology for the establishment and running of the working groups (basically, relying on self-organisation/motivation). To do so, we will utilise a “bulletin board” where topics will be posted by participants during the morning and also during a concentrated 20 minute group session towards the end of lunch. A "marketplace" will then ensue with as many working groups as there are ideas, where each person can move freely between, learning and contributing as they go. The working group topics will be open and therefore can be related to science, professional development, planning future research or collaborations, or anything we wish!
