Jutta is a spatial ecologist and has worked as a research assistant for CEED since 2012. She has a weakness for GIS, databases and coding and worked for some years as a freelance biologist for different research institutions and organisations in Europe. Currently, she is involved in a project with Eve McDonald-Madden, Megan Barnes, Ayesha Tulloch and Hugh Possingham. The aim of the project is the identification of a national set of faunal indicator species which can be used in a cost-effective long-term monitoring framework. Our work sits together with complementary projects carried out by ERIN and TERN.
